We used UHPC to create a unique type of concrete facade. We had to do several experiments and simulations until one module made a 4Mx2M (THK80) size panel. In addition, due to the large variation in annual temperature and humidity, we were able to research and manufacture UHPC exterior panel manufacturing method and mock-up test for about one month in total, responding sensitively to temperature / humidity during production. In addition, to assemble the UHPC module to the main structure in the field, it was possible to raise the quality of the construction by making the frame to lift the panel.
